Autumn Mini-Course: Fun Czech for Preschoolers (Ages 4–6)

Over two fun-filled mornings, children will explore Czech through games, movement, songs, rhymes, arts and crafts, and everyday communication activities. The course takes place in a small group of up to six children, allowing for an individual approach and creating a safe and friendly environment for their first steps in Czech. 

This is not a standard childcare service, but a language course taught by an experienced Czech teacher and tailored to the age and needs of preschool children. 

What will children get from the course? 

• Speaking with confidence – children will naturally get used to using Czech and gradually become less shy about speaking. 

• Learning Czech through play – they will pick up new words and simple phrases through games, movement and creative activities. 

• Songs and nursery rhymes – children will practise correct pronunciation as well as the melody and rhythm of Czech. 

• Practical vocabulary – we will focus on words and phrases children can use in everyday situations. 

• A small group and individual attention – the course is limited to just six children. 
• A picnic together – the programme will also include a picnic where children bring their own snack and practise food- and mealtime-related vocabulary through play. 

When? 29 and 30 October 2026 (Thursday and Friday) 9:00–13:00   

You can register your child for one day or for both days. 

The course is limited to a maximum of 6 children. 

The course will take place if there are enough registrations.
